Claims
Claims must be lodged within 5 working days from receipt of goods. We suggest that all goods be checked on receipt before signing. If goods are damaged the details should be recorded on the consignment note and dealt with directly between yourself and the courier. Insurance is recommended and can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Claims must be authorised before returning, please contact us immediately. ONCE THE GOODS LEAVE OUR STORE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS IN TRANSIT. BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
