Delivery

Orders received before 11am AEST are usually dispatched from the Auroma warehouse the next day. Standard delivery time for metropolitan Australia is 48 hours.  Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra freight charge.

Orders are not dispatched until full payment has been received.

Orders received via the internet where we have a designated distributor for a region will be forwarded to the appropriate distributor by Auroma head office.

FLAMMABLE ITEMS

Flammable items such as Eucalyptus oil, tinctures etc. can now be delivered by standard post.  Note of flammability is recorded on individual product description in the online store.
