About the Roles:

Australian Botanical Products currently seek a Full Time Store Manager and Part Time Retail Consultants for our brand new Auroma Balwyn Store, opening soon. You must have a love and understanding for natural products and essential oils (aromatherapy experience an advantage), be a team player, great communicator and have immaculate presentation.

Store Manager:

You will oversee the retail store on a day-to-day basis, having regard to sales and profitability targets, store presentation, inventory management, product re-ordering, customer service, loss prevention, staff and roster management, risk management, staff training and daily cost control.

Retail Consultant:


You will consult customers on a daily basis, offering specialist knowledge on products whilst being an ambassador for the store and our brands. You will have the ability to handle customers enquiries and offer solutions. You will assist with stocktake and maintain the store inventory, as well as have the ability to achieve personal and store sales targets.

Required skills and experience:

·         3 years retail/ management experience

·         Friendly, warm and engaging personality with the ability to communicate to people from all walks of life

·         Self-motivated, ability to work equally effectively in a team or independently

·         Strong delegation and people management skills

·         Excellent client service and experiential retail

·         Qualified aromatherapist or have 3+ years work experience within the industry

·         Computer literate

·         Experience in reaching sales/KPIs is desirable

·         Inventory Management and stocktake

·         Flexibility in availability to work between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
