PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We would like to advise all clients that due to exceptionally high demand on our products, change of mind refunds or exchanges will not be processed on items purchased from 16th March 2020, until further notice.

The customer must notify the supplier Australian Botanical Products Pty Ltd (“ABP”) in writing within 14 days of receipt of Goods with any defects, non-conformance to specification or errors in the processing of the customer's order leading to a request for goods exchange or goods return.

Authorisation to return goods must be obtained prior to the return of any goods. Exchange, return and/or refund of goods is at the discretion of ABP, see terms and conditions.

Exchange, return and/or refund of goods will be assessed on:

 Goods conformance to ABP's product specification,

 Written order confirmation / purchase order by the customer,

 Processing error by ABP.

 Goods damaged whilst in transit to the customer.

 

Goods returned for change of mind are to be determined at ABP's discretion and will be subject to condition of goods upon return. Any returns authorized for this reason will be at customers own postage expense.
